Key to Your Heart

I have recently fallen in love with Etsy.com, the internet’s one stop shop for all things unique and handmade. I may be a little late to the party on this one, but I had to share my latest find with all of you.  

With the vampire phenomenon currently sweeping the globe there has been an explosion in interest in all things Gothic or, to be more precise, anything that wouldn’t look out of place on the set of Interview with the Vampire and this gorgeous charm necklace from Amber Light Creations is no exception.  Consisting of an antique skeleton key surrounded by a string of black acrylic faceted beads and a red heart shaped glass charm all suspended on a length of black velvet ribbon, it wouldn’t look out of place in Bella’s ‘after’ wardrobe. That being despite the fact that the choker potential of the velvet ribbon reminds me somewhat of Saturday afternoons in Internacionale circa 1998.
